Advancement of women
The HAIT endeavours to further increase the proportion of women among academic staff and in managerial positions. The equal opportunity representatives participate in the application process in an advisory capacity to protect women’s interests. They support the advancement of young women academics and provide information on programs to promote women.
The equal opportunity representatives assist employees in reconciling work with family life.
