The equal opportunity representatives serve the interests of all employees and are the contacts for all questions of equal treatment and equal opportunity.

Advancement of women

The HAIT endeavours to further increase the proportion of women among academic staff and in managerial positions. The equal opportunity representatives participate in the application process in an advisory capacity to protect women’s interests. They support the advancement of young women academics and provide information on programs to promote women.

Family-friendliness

The equal opportunity representatives assist employees in reconciling work with family life.
