As a public body, the Hannah Arendt Institute for Totalitarianism Studies is subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act of Saxony (SächsDSG) and to the relevant legal framework with provisions for protecting the right to informational self-determination.

To protect your rights, we have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure compliance with the regulations on data privacy within the Hannah Arendt Institute for Totalitarianism Studies as well as by any external service providers collaborating on the Web content in question.
